The three plans
FunnelCreative is sold on JVZoo as three products:
- FunnelCreative Commercial: the main product. You create funnels from recipes, edit them, publish them to a FunnelCreative web address and collect enquiries in your lead inbox.
- Pro (shown as FunnelCreative Pro in upgrade notes): an upgrade to FunnelCreative Commercial. It adds brand kits, presets and the option to hide the “Made with FunnelCreative” badge, plus higher allowances for live funnels, stored funnels and AI units. Fixed limits, upload sizes and storage are the same on every plan.
- Campaign Vault: an upgrade with 25 finished campaign packs you install and edit. You can buy it on its own.
Every funnel collects an enquiry. No plan adds payments, bookings, enrolment or email sending to a funnel. See What FunnelCreative does not do (yet).

FunnelCreative Commercial
With FunnelCreative Commercial on a workspace, owners, admins and members can:
- start funnels from any of the 10 recipes, or from browser drafts they import
- edit every page, form, image and email draft, and use undo and version history
- upload images and files
- publish funnels to a FunnelCreative web address, roll back and unpublish
- read leads, set their status and add notes
- delete leads and export them to CSV (owners and admins only)
- see analytics for each funnel
Published pages show the FunnelCreative look and a small “Made with FunnelCreative” line at the bottom. On FunnelCreative Commercial you can’t hide that line or save a brand kit. You can still try the kit editor: see Brand kits, the badge and presets (Pro).
AI writing isn’t switched on yet: you write and edit the copy yourself. See Writing your copy (and AI writing).
Pro
Pro adds, on the same workspace:
- brand kits with your logo, colours and fonts, applied to published pages from their next publish
- a default kit for the workspace, and a kit for a single funnel
- presets: save a funnel’s structure, layout and kit, then start new funnels from it
- hiding the “Made with FunnelCreative” badge from the next publish
- a higher allowance for live funnels, stored funnels and AI units. The AI units allowance only matters once AI writing is switched on
Pro needs FunnelCreative Commercial in the same workspace. If FunnelCreative Commercial is refunded or charged back, Pro is recorded but switched off: brand kits, presets and badge hiding stay off until the workspace has FunnelCreative Commercial again.
When a workspace has both, each limit takes the higher of the two allowances. The allowances are never added together.
Campaign Vault
Campaign Vault gives a workspace the pack library. With it, owners, admins and members can install a pack as a new funnel, then fill in its blanks, edit its pages and email drafts, and read its ad angles, lead-magnet outline and setup checklist. A pack’s full copy is shown only once it is installed. Viewers can read an installed pack but can’t install or edit one.
Campaign Vault doesn’t include hosting. To publish an installed pack, the workspace also needs FunnelCreative Commercial. Uploading images and files also needs FunnelCreative Commercial. See Campaign Vault: install and use a pack.
Without Campaign Vault, the gallery still shows every pack’s preview and description, marked Previews only on this workspace.
Which workspace your plan belongs to
- A plan belongs to a workspace, not to a person. Your purchase lands in your own first workspace, called My workspace when it is set up.
- Everyone you add to that workspace works under its plan, within their role. See Your team: members, roles and workspaces.
- Later purchases made with the same email address, such as Pro or Campaign Vault, land in the same workspace.
- You can’t move a plan to another workspace from the app.
From a JVZoo purchase to access
- You buy on JVZoo. FunnelCreative matches the purchase to an account by the buyer email you used at JVZoo, and only by that address.
- If that address has no FunnelCreative account, the purchase sets one up, with its own workspace.
- If the purchase set up a new account, FunnelCreative emails that address a first sign-in link. The subject is Sign in to FunnelCreative to use your purchase, and the button is Sign in to FunnelCreative. If you already had an account, you get no email: sign in as usual and the purchase is already on your workspace.
- Open the link and sign in. From then on, sign in at the sign-in page with the same address.

Limit: A purchase made with a different email address goes to a different account. The app has no way to change your account’s email address or to move a purchase between accounts. The Support page is a placeholder in this preview, so it can’t help with this yet.
If the first sign-in email doesn’t reach you, ask for a new link on the sign-in page with the address you bought with. If you ask before JVZoo has told FunnelCreative about the purchase, no link is sent yet; try again a little later.
See your own allowances
Numbers such as how many funnels can be live are still being finalised, so this help doesn’t print them. Your workspace’s current allowances are shown in the app:
- Plan card in Brand & presets (under SETTINGS in the sidebar). It names your plan and lists Live funnels, Stored drafts, AI units a month and Brand kits. Its Custom domains row starts with Not available yet (see What FunnelCreative does not do (yet)). The card notes: Limits are the current plan proposals and may change before launch.
- The tiles at the top of My funnels, including AI units this month.
For each allowance:
- Live funnels at the same time: the Live funnels figure on your Plan card (Settings → Brand & presets → Plan).
- Funnels a workspace can store: the Stored drafts figure on your Plan card (Settings → Brand & presets → Plan).
- AI units: the AI units a month figure on your Plan card (Settings → Brand & presets → Plan).
- Brand kits (Pro): the Brand kits figure on your Plan card (Settings → Brand & presets → Plan).
The Plan card reads No active FunnelCreative service on this workspace. when the workspace has neither FunnelCreative Commercial nor Pro.

Hosting term
FunnelCreative Commercial and Pro include a hosting term: the terms shown where you bought FunnelCreative. Campaign Vault has no hosting term.
When the term has ended, funnels can’t be created, published or edited any more. Funnels installed from Campaign Vault packs stay editable if the workspace has Campaign Vault. A publish attempt is refused with: This workspace’s FunnelCreative hosting term has ended, so nothing new can be published. Your funnels and leads stay here. Launch setup may show Publishing needs hosting instead. Owners and admins can still export everything from Export your data.
Refunds and chargebacks
JVZoo tells FunnelCreative when a purchase is refunded or charged back. FunnelCreative then ends the access that came from that one purchase. Other purchases stay as they are.
- FunnelCreative Commercial refunded: the workspace can no longer create, edit or publish funnels (funnels installed from Campaign Vault packs stay editable if the workspace has Campaign Vault). Your funnels and leads stay stored, and an owner or admin can still download everything from Export your data. See Export your data, delete leads on request, close your account. A Pro purchase in the same workspace is switched off until FunnelCreative Commercial is active again.
- Pro refunded: the workspace goes back to FunnelCreative Commercial. Your brand kits stay listed, marked kept, not applied on your current plan. From each funnel’s next publish, the page uses the FunnelCreative look and shows the badge again.
FunnelCreative doesn’t act on recurring rebill notices from JVZoo. This help doesn’t describe refund terms or refund windows.
