Screen map: every screen, tab and button

How to read this page

Each section is one screen. It gives the screen’s web address (after your FunnelCreative address), what you see there, the exact button and label names, and the guide that explains it. Labels are written exactly as the app shows them.

The workspace is everything under /app. The settings screens and sign-in screens have their own addresses.

Sidebar

The sidebar is on every workspace screen. From top to bottom:

The bar across the top shows where you are (“Workspace / <screen>”), the Interactive preview badge, Sign in when you are signed out, and a link back to the website.

Create a funnel

Address: /app. Sidebar: Create a funnel.

• Heading: “What are we creating today?”
• Describe your funnel: a box for your brief.
• Find my starting point: shows every recipe and highlights a suggested one.
• Need a little inspiration? with the examples A course launch, A software launch and A product launch.
• Start with a recipe: five starter recipes. Browse all 10 recipes shows all of them with audience filters; Show five starters goes back.
• Each recipe card: audience, Suggested when it matches your brief, name, description and Make it yours.

Starting your funnel

Address: /app/new?recipe=<recipe id>. You land here when you pick a recipe, or open a recipe link from the website.

• Heading: “Starting your funnel.”, with Setting up <recipe>… while it works.
• If the page reloaded during creation: This funnel may already exist, with Open My funnels and Create it anyway.
• If it failed: We couldn’t start this funnel, with Try again and Back to recipes.

Recipe library

Address: /app/library. Sidebar: Recipe library.

• Heading: “Find your starting point.”
• All 10 recipes, with the filters All recipes, Courses, Software, Ecommerce, Coaching and Services.
• Click a card to start a funnel from it.

My funnels

Address: /app/funnels. Sidebar: My funnels.

• Heading: “My funnels.”, with a line saying where your funnels are saved.
• A switch with two links (signed in): Funnels and All leads. Screen readers announce the group as “Show”. All leads has its own address, /app/funnels?show=leads.
• Tiles (signed in, once you have a funnel): Funnels (live, drafts, and any that need attention), a tile with your leads from the last seven days, and AI units this month.
• Browser drafts panel (signed in, when this browser has drafts): Import my browser drafts and Not now.
• Funnel cards: a preview, a status (LIVE, UNPUBLISHED DRAFT, NEWER DRAFT, NEEDS ATTENTION), the name, the recipe, recent leads and the date edited. Click a card to open the editor.
• With no funnels: “A little empty. A lot of potential.” and Create your first funnel.

Funnel editor

Address: /app/funnels/<funnel id>. Open it from a card on My funnels.

The heading has:

• My funnels (with a back arrow) to return
• the funnel name, or Untitled funnel
• where it is saved (Saved to your workspace, or Saved on this device for a browser draft) and whether it is live: Draft, Live · version N, Unpublished, or Publishing... / Taking down while a change is being confirmed (a browser draft shows Unpublished draft)
• one main button: Confirm your facts until the facts are confirmed, then Review setup

Editor tabs

You can open a tab directly by adding ?tab=<id> to the address.

Which tabs you see:

• A browser draft (saved only in this browser, whether or not you are signed in) has the first five: Page design, Business facts, Funnel journey, Email drafts and Launch setup.
• A workspace funnel adds Leads and Analytics.
• A funnel installed from a Campaign Vault pack also has Ad angles, after Email drafts.

The Business facts tab shows a badge with the number of facts still to confirm.

Inside Page design

• Funnel basics: Funnel name, Business name, Headline, Introduction, Button text, Page style and Your original brief. See Edit your page.
• Sections: every section of each page, to open, move, hide and edit. Under it, Before you can publish lists what still stops publishing. See Edit your page.
• Write with AI: AI writing isn’t switched on yet: you write and edit the copy yourself. See Writing your copy (and AI writing).
• Undo, Redo and Version history above the settings. See Undo, version history and save conflicts.
• The preview, with desktop and phone buttons and, when there is more than one page, a button for each page.

A browser draft shows only the basic fields, the Write with AI panel and the preview. AI writing isn’t switched on yet: you write and edit the copy yourself.

Campaign Vault

Address: /app/vault. Sidebar: Campaign Vault.

• Heading: “Ready-made campaigns.”
• Filters: All packs, Courses, Software, Ecommerce, Coaching, Services.
• Pack cards with What the form does., What’s included, Honest notes and Install.
• Without Campaign Vault: Previews only on this workspace.
• Install dialog: Install “<pack name>”, Choose the workspace it goes into, Install pack and Cancel.

Brand & presets

Address: /app/settings/brand. Sidebar: SETTINGS, then Brand & presets. Use ← Back to workspace to return.

Cards, from top to bottom:

• Plan: your plan and your allowances (Live funnels, Stored drafts, AI units a month, Brand kits), plus a Custom domains row that starts with Not available yet (see What FunnelCreative does not do (yet)).
• Brand kits: your kits, New brand kit (Pro) or Try the kit editor, and Make default, Edit, View and Archive on each kit.
• Apply a kit to a funnel (Pro, when you have a kit).
• The “Made with FunnelCreative” badge card, with Hide the badge on published pages.
• Presets: Save as preset, New funnel from preset and Archive.

Account & data

Address: /app/settings/account. Sidebar: SETTINGS, then Account & data. Use ← Back to workspace to return.

Cards, from top to bottom:

• Members of <workspace>: the team, Invite a teammate, Change role and Remove. See Your team: members, roles and workspaces.
• Export your data: Prepare export and Download. See Export your data.
• Your visitors’ data: how to delete a lead when someone asks.
• Delete this workspace: shown only in a workspace that isn’t your own first workspace. The owner types DELETE and clicks Delete workspace; everyone else sees Only the workspace owner can delete it.
• Close your account: the “Type DELETE to confirm” box, Close account, and Cancel deletion while a deletion is waiting. See Close your account.
• How long we keep things: the retention periods.

Other pages

• Support, Privacy and Terms are placeholder pages in this preview, marked Placeholder · not approved for launch.
• This help lives at /docs on your FunnelCreative address. Every page is also available as plain text for AI assistants, starting from /llms.txt.

Controls the app doesn’t have

So you don’t look for them:

• There is no Save button in the editor. Every change saves on its own. See How saving works.
• There is no button to archive or delete a funnel.
• There is no button to create or rename a workspace.
• There is no shareable preview link for a draft. Visitors only see a page after you publish it.
• There is no “sign out everywhere” button. Sign out signs out the browser you are using.
