What FunnelCreative does not do (yet)

The things FunnelCreative doesn’t do in this release, stated plainly, with what to do instead for each.

Every funnel you make with FunnelCreative collects an enquiry: interest, a waitlist sign-up, a demo request, an application, a quote request, a general enquiry or a resource request. This page lists what FunnelCreative doesn’t do in this release, so you can plan around it from the start.

Each item says what isn’t there and what to do instead.

No payments or checkout on your funnels

Your funnels don’t take payments, show prices at a checkout or process orders. A visitor sends an enquiry, and the thank-you page states your promised next step, which says what hasn’t happened, for example “Nothing has been booked or paid for.”

What to do instead: reply to each enquiry, and handle any payment in the payment tool you already use.

No bookings or scheduling

Your funnels don’t book appointments, calls, tables or sessions, and there is no calendar. The Appointment requests and Table enquiries recipes ask for a preferred day and time, and the thank-you page says nothing has been booked yet.

What to do instead: reply to each enquiry and agree a time yourself, using your own calendar or booking tool.

No course enrolment or course hosting

FunnelCreative doesn’t enrol students, host lessons or give anyone course access. The Webinar to course recipe registers interest in a workshop; the later steps on its Funnel journey tab are planned steps, not features.

What to do instead: collect interest with FunnelCreative, then follow up from the platform that hosts your course.

No trials or accounts for your visitors

Your funnels don’t start free trials, create accounts or give visitors a login. A waitlist sign-up or demo request is an enquiry only.

What to do instead: use Waitlist sign-ups to collect interest, then invite people into your product yourself.

No email sending

FunnelCreative doesn’t send email of any kind from your funnels: no autoresponders, no sequences, no broadcasts to your leads, and no notification to you when a lead arrives. The email drafts on each funnel are drafts only.

What to do instead: check the Leads tab for new enquiries. Copy or download each email draft with Copy text, Download .txt or Download .eml, and reply from your own email tool. See Follow-up email drafts.

No custom domains

You can’t connect a domain of your own. Every funnel is published on a FunnelCreative web address, with an address name you choose. On Brand & presets, the Custom domains row starts with Not available yet.

What to do instead: link to your funnel’s FunnelCreative address from your website, social profiles, emails and ads.

No CRM, integrations or webhooks

FunnelCreative doesn’t connect to other tools. Leads leave FunnelCreative only when you export them.

What to do instead: use Export CSV in your lead inbox and import the file into your own tools. See Your lead inbox and CSV export.

No split testing

You can’t run two versions of a page against each other at the same time.

What to do instead: publish a new version, then compare its numbers on the Analytics tab, which counts views and submissions for each published version. See Analytics: views and submissions.

No revenue or sales reports

Analytics doesn’t report revenue, bookings or sales, because your funnels don’t take payments or bookings. It counts landing-page views and accepted form submissions, and shows the conversion rate between them.

What to do instead: track sales in the tool you use for payments.

No filling in facts from your website

FunnelCreative can’t read your website to fill in your business facts.

What to do instead: type or paste your facts into Business facts yourself. Your own AI assistant can help you draft the answers from your website text; see Using FunnelCreative with your AI assistant.

AI writing

AI writing isn’t switched on for customers yet. You write and edit every word yourself, and nothing on your page changes without you. AI drafting from your confirmed facts switches on once its quality evaluation passes.

What to do instead: write and edit your copy by hand on Page design. See Writing your copy (and AI writing) for tips that keep your copy specific and clear of the honesty checks.

No archiving of funnels from the app

You can’t archive funnels from the app in this release, one at a time or in bulk, and you can’t delete a funnel from the app either. Some messages, such as the one you see at your stored-funnel limit, mention archiving; there is no control for it.

What to do instead: take a funnel you no longer want live down with Unpublish on Launch setup. Keep working in the funnels you already have: you can change a funnel’s copy, form and page style at any time. See Your workspace holds as many funnels as your plan stores.

No new Vault packs every month

Campaign Vault is a fixed set of 25 packs. No new packs are added on a schedule.

What to do instead: choose from the packs in the Campaign Vault pack reference, or start from a recipe.

No unlimited or lifetime plans

Nothing in FunnelCreative is unlimited, and hosting is never sold as lifetime. The terms of your purchase are shown where you bought FunnelCreative. A workspace with FunnelCreative Commercial has allowances for live funnels, stored funnels and AI units.

What to do instead: see your current allowances on the Plan card on Brand & presets. See Plans and what each includes.

No custom code

You can’t add code, HTML, scripts, styles or tracking pixels to your pages. Every field is plain text, and published pages run no scripts.

What to do instead: use the page styles, and with Pro a brand kit, for your look. Use Analytics for views and submissions.

No ads or traffic

FunnelCreative doesn’t place, run or pay for ads, and doesn’t send visitors to your page.

What to do instead: paste a Campaign Vault pack’s ad angles into your own ad account, and link to your funnel’s address. See Ad angles.

No guided onboarding walkthrough

There is no step-by-step tour inside the app.

What to do instead: follow Getting started, which takes you from your purchase to your first enquiry.
